Can I keep my existing emails?
Yes. Our migration service copies your mail, folders and contacts across from your old provider, so nothing is lost when you switch.
How does storage work?
Storage is one pool shared across your whole account. You start with 5GB, each extra mailbox adds 2GB, and you can add more in 10GB blocks. Any mailbox can use it, so a busy inbox isn't stuck while a quiet one has space spare.
Why is it billed yearly?
It keeps things simple: one renewal a year, and it works out cheaper than monthly billing.
