What can I use support hours for?
Anything WordPress: fixing a broken plugin or theme, updates that went wrong, layout and content changes, contact forms that stop sending, speed problems, moving a site, or a second pair of eyes on something that doesn't look right.
How does the 1 hour minimum work?
An hour is for one job. If it takes 15 minutes, the job's done and signed off, and that's your hour. With 4 hours there's no minimum: we take off the time each job actually takes, in 5 minute steps.
Do my hours run out?
They're valid for 12 months from when you buy them. Your account shows how much you have left and when it needs using by.
What if a job needs more time than I have?
We'll tell you before we go over, so you can top up. Nothing is added to a bill later, and there are no surprise invoices.
Can I see what you've done?
Yes. Every job is in your account with our notes, the date and the time it took, and we email you a copy each time, with the time you have left.
Do I need to host with you?
No, anyone with a WordPress site can buy hours. If your site isn't with us, we'll ask for your WordPress and hosting logins before we start. Hosting customers skip that step, as we already look after the server.
My site's been hacked. Should I use support hours?
Use our malware cleanup instead. It's a fixed price, done within 24 hours, and covers everything a hacked site needs, so you're not watching the clock.
